Bidet Use
Straddle the bidet sitting on the rim and align the anus with the column of spray water.
Bidet use. A bidet is a way to clean your private area after going to the bathroom. Remember the bidet is used only to clean after you have already done your business as grandma used to say. The purpose of the bidet is to help clean off after toilet use.
Sit or straddle the bidet. Whatever is most comfortable. In addition the bidet can be used to freshen up at any time.
Cleaning with the bidet. You can use the bidet in conjunction with toilet paper or you can use the bidet on its own. We explain the types and best practices for use.
Be sure that your clothes are out of the way. Use the toilet first. In the picture below the young woman is showing one of the many ways to use a bidet though you dont want to use one with shorts still on.
